Tender description

ITT for Emotional Wellbeing Service for Children and Young People Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (‘The Council’) invites interested parties (‘Tenderers’) to participate in a tender exercise for Emotional Wellbeing Service for Children and Young People which shall be carried out in line with Public Contract Regulations 2015. The duration of the contract will be for 3 years and 2 months ending on 31.3.2020 (‘contract period’). Tenderers should note that The Council has a maximum available budget of GBP 1,070,000 for the contract period. Any bid submissions should come within this budget. The service will support young people aged between 5 and 18 (up to 25 for care leavers) who are residing in Sandwell, that are experiencing mild to moderate emotional wellbeing concerns and could be engaged in risk taking behaviours and / or disruptive behaviours and may be living in families who are experiencing difficulties and / or known to other services.
