NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (NHS HMR CCG) are looking for suitably qualified Providers to submit tenders for The Provision of a Primary Care Mental Health Pathway. The aim of the Provision of a Primary Care Mental Health Pathway is to offer a seamless service working in a partnership approach to deliver a cohesive pathway incorporating, primary, secondary and third sector health care providers. The Primary Care Mental Health Pathway will establish effective working partnerships and networks with the wider range of social and health interventions commissioned to support the health and well-being of the Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Population. The Provision of a Primary Care Mental Health Pathway will be made up of the 2 following Services of which Providers will be required to provide: — Primary Care Psychological Therapies that must be accessible for 16+; and — The Getting Help Mental Health offer that must be accessible for 18+. The Provision of a Primary Care Mental Health Pathway will be made up of the 2 following Services of which Providers will be required to provide: — Primary Care Psychological Therapies that must be accessible for 16+; and — The Getting Help Mental Health offer that must be accessible for 18+. It is NHS HMR CCG expectation that The Provision of a Primary Care Mental Health Pathway Provider will be that of an Alliance Model or partnership model with a single Provider shall be responsible for managing the entire care pathway, entering into subcontracts with other Providers for parts of the care pathway as and where applicable. The objectives for this Service are detailed in the Service Specification. The contract duration will be for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years with a Service Commencement date of 1.5.2017. The indicative annual value is 2 720 000 GBP. The Services to which this Procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the tender process will be conducted as an open process.
