Tender description

Bournemouth Borough Council are looking to commission Day Time Short Break activities for disabled children living within Bournemouth. We aim to keep children within their family home by providing out of school daytime activity and play opportunities for disabled children from 8-18 years old that are suitable and appropriate for their ability. We hope to be delivering services from July 2017. Bournemouth Borough Council is exploring the option of having a joint Procurement with the Borough of Poole for this service. The Council would like to meet potential suppliers as part of a market engagement exercise to discuss the contract and help define the proposed specification and hear what the market has to offer. Included in the session will be a presentation to support you through the Procurement process. The meeting will be at Kinson Community Centre, Millhams Rd, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH10 7LH on the 31.10.2016, 14:00 — 17:00.
