Grounds maintenance services

Tender description

Grounds maintenance services comprising of the following: i) Horticultural maintenance of its open spaces; ii) Arboriculture services and works to trees. It may also include a survey of all trees on Acis Group Limited's land and to develop a planned programme of tree maintenance; iii) Where relevant a garden maintenance service for vulnerable tenants. This service is limited to grass cutting and hedge trimming; iv) Other open spaces services, for example, graffiti removal. Grounds Maintenance services (see II.1.4) above) for relevant sites within the geographical boundaries of West Lindsey, North East Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, City of Lincoln, North Kesteven, East Lindsey and North East Derbyshire. Grounds Maintenance services (see II.1.4) above) for relevant sites within the geographical boundaries of South Yorkshire (e.g. Sheffield and Auckley) and Derbyshire (e.g. Bolsover and Gedling).
