Graffiti removal services

Tender description

Dublin City Council requires the provision of a graffiti removal service. In establishing this multi-party framework agreement, Dublin City Council is acting as a lead buyer on behalf of the Dublin Region Local Authorities, which are Dublin City Council, South Dublin County Council, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Fingal County Council. Graffiti shall be removed from the various surfaces in the most effective and environmentally friendly manner possible. Requests for graffiti removal will be submitted by the Council's Authorised Officers in each of the city's 5 administrative areas. Work on City Council property must be carried out within 5 working days of receipt of request. Offensive racist or political graffiti must be removed within 24 hours.
