Environmental monitoring other than for construction

Tender description

The WBS has a requirement for a ready available and off the shelf, environmental monitoring system for its facilities across Wales and for vehicles. Depending upon the site/purpose, the solution may be wired, wireless or a mobile system. Within the scope of this agreement, the Authority intends to procure: 1) software application and maintenance and upgrades thereof, 2) Hardware including sensors and associated cabling, ADAM modules, UPS, 3) Visual display screens, 4) Servers, connection to Ethernet, and associated maintenance thereof 5) Implementation support Including System Validation and training. The Welsh Blood Service (WBS) has a requirement for automated continuous environmental monitoring of areas and equipment located across the four permanent bases of the WBS, and in transport vehicles. This includes: Talbot Green Headquarters (TG) North West Base in Bangor (NW) North East Base in Wrexham (NE) South West Base in Dafen (SW) Temperature controlled Vehicles (TCV).
