DR5116 Cleaning and Associated Services

Tender description

The Contract for Cleaning and Associated Services includes cleaning of about 90 buildings which include the Town Hall, Community Centres, Children and Nursery Centres, Libraries, Idea Stores , other general office accommodation, some park buildings, depots and public toilets in one park. Cleaning services include, but are not limited to ,Routine Cleaning, Reactive Cleaning Service (Emergency Response, Graffiti Removal, Bio Hazard – Body Spills) Periodic and Specialist Cleaning, Stone and Marble Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Internal and External Window Cleaning, Feminine Hygiene, Air Fresheners, Clinical Waste and disposal, Consumables and any other Additional associated Cleaning Services Consumables are to be supplied as part of the Contract. There may be variation to the numbers of buildings during the period of the Contract- and buildings may be added or reduced. There are existing services in place and the contract may involve TUPE of approximately 130 employees.
