CP1310-16: Tree Surgery & Tree Consultancy Framework

Tender description

Lot One: Tree Surgery A database of contractors will be maintained by Devon County Council. The database will carry the details of all Tree Surgery contractors that have been appointed to the Framework. The database will contain all relevant information to enable the most appropriate tree surgery contractor to be identified for Non-Highways and Highways work within the relevant County Sub Area, for each package of work. Lot Two: Tree Inspection Devon County Council intend to appoint Tree Inspectors to conduct both Scheduled and Ad Hoc inspections. The Inspectors will be required to survey premises, lengths of highway or individual trees to identify what tree surgery work may be required. Their recommendations will then be made to the nominated Devon County Council authorised officer, who will then decide what work to undertake. Keywords: Arboriculture, Tree Inspection, Tree Surgery
