Consultancy Services to Support Development of New Operating Model

The Big Lottery fund (the Fund) is seeking to appoint a service provider to lead the design of our target operating model that will support the delivery of our vision and strategy. In April 2015 the Fund launched a new strategic framework setting out our vision of 'people in the lead', and six principles which guide all of our work.
