Standardization of Package Lamella Tank Units for the water and waste-water treatment. Overview The Subcontract work scope is for a turnkey installation comprising of: — A standard design; — Manufacture; — Installation; — Test and commission; — O&M Manuals; — 3D drawings. Elements of Work The Subcontract works are deemed to include the following elements: — Project Management; — Full design, 3D drawings and calculations; — Access; — Site Supervision; — Method statement and risk assessments; — Specialist equipment hire; — Health and Safety; — Site and operational constraints; — Supply, delivery and installation. Scope of Works Overview The Subcontract work scope is for a turnkey installation comprising of: — A standard design; — Manufacture; — Installation; — Test and commission; — O&M Manuals; — 3D drawings. Elements of Work The Subcontract works are deemed to include the following elements: — Project Management; — Full design, 3D drawings and calculations; — Access - Site Supervision; — Method statement and risk assessments; — Specialist equipment hire; — Health and Safety; — Site and operational constraints; — Supply, delivery and installation. Scope — Supply of 1 x Package Lamella Tank Unit to the agreed Framework design; — Deliver to site and offload making provision for any access requirements; — Place the Package Lamella Tank Unit on to a pre-constructed concrete plinth; — Secure the unit into place on the slab via tensioned bolts; — The installation of all pipework to make the Package Lamella Tank Unit function in accordance with the conditions of Subcontract; — The installation of all cabling to make the Package Lamella Tank Unit function in accordance with the conditions of Subcontract; — Test and commission the Package Lamella Tank Units in accordance with the conditions of Subcontract. — Provide all documentation upon completion to include: — Test documentation; — O&M Manuals; — 3D drawings.
