Tender description

The contract is for a framework agreement to cover the provision of building surveying services and the design and contract administration of small works projects commissioned by the University of Nottingham (generally less than 4 000 000 GBP construction value). It is anticipated that interested parties will be able to provide the following services: 1) Preparation of feasibility studies and reports including evaluation of options; 2) Design; 3) The production of drawings and specifications; 4) Preparation and submission of applications for Planning and Building Regulations; 5) Contract administration including cost management; 6) Principal Designer role. The framework is anticipated to run initially for a period of 3 years with an option to extend by 1 further year (total 4 years) subject to satisfactory performance.
