Scope of Services to be Provided The OJEU notice covers the provision of design services and contract administration for small works projects, and building surveying. It is anticipated that interested parties will be able to provide the following services:  Preparation of feasibility studies and reports including evaluation of options  Design  The production of drawings and specifications  Preparation and submission of applications for Planning and Building Regulations  Contract administration including cost management  Principal Designer role  Building surveying The Contracting Authority would like to select four to six consultants to join a framework for future work at the University of Nottingham’s estate.
