Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a Contractor to deliver the refurbishment of the reception and main entrance of Ballyearl Arts & Leisure Centre. Project Scope: The complete refurbishment of the main reception area and access corridor of Ballyearl Arts & Leisure Centre, including removal of existing reception area and relocation of M&E, including lighting & heating, new reception desk, new kitchen and office space, flooring, ceilings, decorating and signage. The main entrance works will include the removal of existing arch structures, wall cladding, hard and soft landscaping, path works, painting and signage.
