Framework for the Supply of Biomass Fuels including Wood Pellets and Wood Chips. Supply of Wood Pellets to Zone 1 — based on the County boundaries of Isle of Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd and Wrexham. Supply of Wood Pellets to Zone 2 — based on the County boundaries of Ceredigion and Powys. Supply of Wood Pellets to Zone 3 — based on the County boundaries of Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Carmarthenshire, Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire, Neath Port Talbot, Newport, Pembrokeshire, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Swansea, Torfaen and Vale of Glamorgan.
