Tender description

The objective of the proposed contract is to provide Hampshire Transport Management's hire desk with a range of companies to select from to achieve best value and be fit for purpose for the departments within Hampshire. Best value will be described as a good price, prompt delivery of the vehicle and a clean/ ready to drive roadworthy vehicle. Fit for purpose will be described as the correct vehicle requested or the best vehicle available for the job required. The hire desk hires anything from a small car up to minibuses and anything in between for internal departments, charities and external organisations. Each organisation who is interested in tendering for Hampshire County Council's requirement must be able to supply insurance with each hire.
