Tender for The Over-Cladding of a Profiled Roofing System to 126 Oldbury Road Industrial Estate The Council requires a specialist roofing Design & Build Contractor to undertake the over-cladding of an existing asbestos cement based profiled roofing system at 126 Oldbury Road Industrial Estate, Smethwick, West Midlands Please see attached supporting technical information. The maximum budget allocated for this project is £90,000. Anticipated commencement of this project is mid to late March 2016.
