Tender description

Scottish Enterprise has a requirement for support, in the form of a single supplier framework agreement to provide Intellectual Property (IP) due diligence to the Scottish Enterprise Research and Development (R&D) grant funding programme Smart: Scotland. The framework will also be available for use by other Scottish Enterprise teams to carry out relevant, ad hoc IP due diligence. The additional teams currently includes, but is not limited to the Scottish Investment Bank. It is envisaged that the contract will commence in July 2016 and run until July 2019, with the opportunity to extend for a further 1 year.
