Coillte is seeking to create a training solution where training can be coordinated, administered and reported on from a central repository, at a Group wide level. This will support Certification and Safety by recording and maintaining legislative records. While also offering a uniformity and consistency in regard to a process being in place for all training that takes place. The key principles are • To provide a user friendly interface to allow ease of use by authorised Coillte staff and contractors to manage training requirements. • Centralised and accurate data for all the Coillte Group training history and requirements. • Ability to set up Skills Matrices that can be leveraged to run Training Needs Analysis for Coillte staff and other third party trainees. • Ability to run and publish reports. • Data entered only once with integration points with other systems. • Evaluation functionality to assess the impact training programmes have on work practices and performance. • Self-service is a central theme in the system To access tender documentation for this competition please log on to www.coillte.ie and click on the link to Coilltes' Supplier Management System (SMS) on the right hand side of the site, or click on the link below https://www.proactisplaza.com/SupplierPortal/?CID=coillte • For suppliers already registered on the system use your username and password to login.
