Clackmannanshire are looking to purchase a Social Work Case Management system that covers, Adult Services, Children and Family services and Criminal Justice services. The system should have a case recording function, allocation function for case management, financial functions and authorisation function to meet scheme of delegation procedures and financial management. A financial commitments function for management and finance overview of activity and interface with budgets, Data management information for reporting purposes on an ongoing basis for performance management as well as for national reporting responsibilities in all areas. The system should be accessible for all social services staff for cross cutting, information sharing and case recording. Functionality that covers templates for standard reports, that would meet the need for multi agency assessments. Functionality that populates core client information in new reports and previous reports for up dating assessments and editing. Functionality that highlights timescales for report deadlines and activities that are outstanding for example Case reviews, financial authorisations, completion of assessments. Letter templates within the system. The system should have the flexibility for remote working and mobile working. The system should have a built in electronic case records and storage of information function to comply with data security and version control. Would also add that we are looking for a system which is built on a modern scalable architecture, which complies with data security and data protection requirements and which utilises modern, standards compliant technologies. The system should provide standard interfaces and tools which allow data to flow meaningfully and easily between the Social Care system and other Council systems using standard technologies and formats. The system should provide real time reporting and business intelligence in a number of formats, preferable without requiring a third party reporting solution. It would also be useful if the system is a true cloud based solution.
