Tender description
A flexible agreement to deliver good quality managed home support services to Adults with disabilities and Older People within their own homes to maintain independence. Providers are awarded a position on the Best Value Ranked List (BVRL) per area work is allocated to providers in rank order based on best value. The contract is to be extended by mutual agreement for a period of 12 months. This is a Contract Modification Notice.
