Tender description
The aim of these services will be to promote individual health and well being, maximise independence and promote social inclusion of older people. The procurement will help to ensure that older people are enabled to access a wide range of community activities and resources within the communities in which they live, in order to have a full and active life. Having a Good Day means doing things that: — Have a purpose and are meaningful; — Most members of the community are doing, in ordinary places that most members of the community frequent; — Are uniquely right for them, with support that meets their individual requirements; — Fosters opportunities to meet local people, develop friendships and connections and builds a sense of belonging.
