Tender description
The aim of the day opportunities services will be to underpin self-directed support and enable people to access a wide range of community activities and resources in order to have a full and active life. The following is not an exhaustive list but instead an illustration of the type and range of services that we are interested in is limitless but as an example: — Community allotment or garden projects; — Pottery workshops; — Cycling project; — Photography and arts shop(s); — Recycling project; — Theatre projects; — World of work and independent living skills; — Horse riding; — Hair and beauty and therapy projects; — Reading clubs; — Travel training; — Healthy living; gym and healthy eating; — Cooking classes; — Independent living skills. Any other projects/clubs/activities that enable people to have a full and meaningful life. During the period of this contract the type and scope of services required maybe modified to meet the needs and preferences of customers.
