Repair, maintenance and associated services related to aircraft, railways, roads and marine equipment. Repair, maintenance and associated services related to aircraft and other equipment. Parts for aircraft. The provision of a Support Solution for the Hawk T Mk1/ T Mk1a aircraft Air Start System. The requirement is to appoint a single Contractor, for a period of 4 years with options to extend to 6 years, to act as the Design Organisation (DO) for the Air Start System by providing but not limited to; Production and maintenance of Design Records, Air Publications; Equipment Safety Cases; Design Certificates; Post Design Services [e.g. Upkeep of Design Records, Air Publications (Vol 123&5F), Equipment safety Cases, Investigations, Obsolescence Mgmt, etc]; Maintenance / Repair as required (scheduled and unscheduled); Hawk T Mk1/ T Mk1a aircraft Air Start System Spares as required. Items to be repaired and/or maintained are Hawk TMK1/1A Air Start System. The successful bidder must be able to demonstrate that all relevant licences, approvals and clearances required to enable the parts to be fitted to RAF aircraft will be in place from the contract start date (estimated 1.1.2015).
