Somerset County Council (SCC) is seeking interest from organisations that would like to provide Care and Support at Home for Adults in Somerset. The service will include: ? Care and Support at Home (including a carer response service and night service) ? Short Term Intensive Reablement ? Integrated Care and Support in 2 Extra Care Housing Schemes ? Care and Support at Home and incidental care in 18 Extra Care Housing Schemes. SCC is intending to run a procurement process in early 2016.
