Tender description

Early market engagement. This PIN is not a call for competition but is an early market engagement exercise to enable Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) to engage with suppliers to better understand the market and explore the potential framework strategy, design and specification. To this end, CPC would like to invite suppliers to engage in its' Open Day. It will be hosting two framework Open Day sessions on 17.2.2016; 1 in the morning and the other in the afternoon. A second day of Open Day sessions will be held on the 18 February should numbers wishing to attend on the 17th be too great for the available places. Sessions will be held at CPCs offices at Technology House, Lissadel Street, Manchester, M6 6AP. Each session will last approximately 1.5 hours. This lot involves the provision of recyled/refurbished technologies from entry level devices through to large volume reprographic devices. This may for example include reconditioned and remanufactured devices. The lot will also include the provision of associated print services including print audit, networking services, project management services, print management software, document engineering and process re-engineering services and IT Support Services. This lot will provide a wide range of multifunctional and reprographics devices and associated print services from entry level to large volume units from across suppliers' ranges. It also involves the provision of desk top printers to supplement print solutions. Also the provision of associated print services including print audit, networking services, project management services, print management software, document engineering and process re-engineering and IT support services. Where possible devices will be made available to users through electronic catalogues. This Lot involves the provision of managed print and document services up to and inducing fully outsourced solutions. Additional value added services will also be available under this lot to include, but not be limited to, IT cloud services, scanning and archive services, document management services, IT print support, mail room and mail room production services, mailing services, e.g. hybrid mail. offset print and specialist printing, provision of consumables, office stationery, digital storage, work-flow, data and document management solutions, IT support services. This Lot will provide access to a range of specialist printing technologies and technological advancements. This will include but not be limited to wide format printing devices, banner printing devices, 3D printing devices and scanners. Also available will be specialist printing consumables associated with such devices and the professional services to support such services. This Lot will provide access to a comprehensive range of desk-top and floor standing printers, monitors and other associated IT peripherals. Associated professional services will also be available, such as device maintenance, network services, project management, IT support services etc. This Lot will provide access to expert consultancy services to provide advice and guidance upon any aspect of the provisions of the wider framework supplies and services. This Lot will provide users with professional management services to deliver increased value from a framework users existing print solution (s). Framework users would engage suppliers to manage their existing resources to deliver maximum efficiency and effectiveness. This lot doesn't include suppliers assuming responsibility for the leasing and other costs associated with the print solution they are managing.
