Tender description

Milton Keynes Libraries is embarking on a project to install open staffless access technology at Kingston Library. Kingston is the newest library in Milton Keynes and is a state of the art library with new RFID self-service kiosks. It is already operating on minimum staffing levels. We wish to extend its opening hours without adding additional staff costs by utilising technology to control public access to the library. The public should be able to use all library facilities at the time of our choosing with no staff present.
