EARLY MARKET ENGAGEMENT This notice is not a call for competition but is an early market engagement exercise to enable Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) to engage with suppliers to better understand the market and explore the potential framework strategy, design and specification. CPC propose to deliver a seven lot framework as follows: Lot 1 – Multifunctional/Reprographic Devices and Associated Print Services Lot 2 – Recycled Technologies Lot 3 – Managed Print and Document Services Lot 4 – Specialist Printing Technologies Lot 5 – Printers, Monitors and Associated Peripherals Lot 6 – Effective Management of Existing Print Solutions Lot 7 – Consultancy Services Suppliers should note that a full list of applicable CPV codes across each of the Lots can be found in the corresponding published EU Prior Information Notice. To this end, CPC would like to invite suppliers to engage in its' Open Day. It will be hosting two framework Open Day sessions on 17th February 2016; one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. A second day of Open Day sessions will be held on the 18th February should numbers wishing to attend on the 17th be too great for the available places. Sessions will be held at CPCs' offices at Technology House, Lissadel Street, Manchester, M6 6AP. Each session will last approximately 1.5 hours.
