Tender description

Wirral Borough Council is seeking to appoint an organisation of independent valuers with relevant skills, experience and resources to value the direct property portfolio of MPF for a period of 5 years with the opportunity to extend for a further 5 years at the discretion of Wirral Borough Council. The contract will commence 1 February 2016. Independent Valuation for the UK direct property portfolio valued £380m as at 30 September 2015, every quarter. The direct property portfolio is managed on an advisory basis with the Strategic Property Adviser, currently CBRE Capital Advisers Ltd and the Property Manager (Operational), currently CBRE Ltd Asset Services.
