This Prior Information Notice (PIN) intends to inform the market of a future contract opportunity. ORE Catapult would welcome the opportunity to discuss the provision of Software Licensing, Connectivity Services and Network Support with potential contractors and a supplier day has been arranged for Wednesday 23.3.2016 from 10:00 to 15:00 at the site in Blyth. Contractors interested in Tendering for delivery of this service are invited to attend. Please confirm your interest in attending this site visit by e-mailing procurement@ore.catapult.org.uk for the attention of Sheena Thomson, Commercial and Contracts Specialist, no later than midday on Friday 11.3.2016. An agenda for the supplier day will be issued to all confirmed attendees 3 days prior to the date of the site visit. Please note that no further information on this particular Tender opportunity is available at this time. ORE Catapult's Headquarters is based in Glasgow, however most ICT services are run from their Blyth site, with Glasgow essentially being an outreach building using local Active Directory services for authentication and file printing services. ORE Catapult currently operates from a number of geographically dispersed locations, including remote locations and overseas (e.g. Brussels, Orkney Islands). It is possible that the number and location of offices may change from time to time.
