This is a notice for legal advisory and support services in relation to the development of a hydroelectric power plant and related facilities in Zambia, up to and including financial close of the international project financing for the project. The services will be principally in relation to the project, including construction, financing and security document. It is expected that agreements will be governed by English law, other than to the extent required to be governed by Zambian law.
