Tender description

The bidder shall provide legal support services in relation to the development of a hydroelectric power plant and related facilities in Zambia, up to and including financial close of the international project financing for the project. The services will principally be in relation to the project, including construction, financing and security documents. It is expected that agreements will be governed by English Law, other than to the extent required to be governed by Zambian Law (such as the power purchase agreement, land agreements and certain security documents). The bidder will be expected to work closely with the local law firm to be engaged by the contracting authority. Legal Advisory Services to be provided to the contracting authority in connection with the development, financing and construction of a hydroelectric power plant in Zambia.
