Tender description

To design and build a concrete skatepark, to replace an existing steel structure, in accordance with the information provided within the specification, to serve enthusiasts for skateboarding, BMXersm scooters and roller-bladers. The skatepark will be situated in Central Park, Chelmsford. A maximum budget of £145,000 (ex VAT) has been budgeted for this project. The design will be subject to evaluation by a stake-holder group in accordance with the evaluation manual, incorporated in the tender pack.
