GB-Chelmsford: Automatic Door Maintenance

Tender description

Chelmsford City Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to carry out twice-yearly inspection, servicing and maintenance of automatic powered doors, roller shutters, walling systems and concertina shutters at Chelmsford City Council properties. The Contractor must also be able to advise and install new roller shutters, automatic door equipment as necessary in line with building refurbishments or service requirements. The Contractor will also be expected to respond to service failures and reactive call outs as detailed within the specification. The Contract is to cover the period 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2019 (with two possible one year extensions).
