Tender description

Provision of a streamlined claims handling service with the ability to handle litigated and non-litigated claims within an integrated delivery model for Public Liability and Property Owners Liability Claims. The Supplier shall undertake the following in summary as part of the service delivery: — Receive claims. — Liaise with the respective insurer as appropriate in respect of the claims. — Assess claims. — Process and settle claims. — Handle litigation services where proceedings are commenced against Network Rail.
