Tender description

Requirement for a two year contract for a medical company to work with the Councils events team to deliver it programme of events. They must be able to work with both the stewarding and security teams and to provide an on-site medical management structure including a loggist and work within the Council events team command and control structure. The Council has split its requirement into lots: LOT ONE (1) – Live Music Nights LOT TWO (2) – Pirate Weekend LOT THREE (3) – Lord Mayors Festival LOT FOUR (4) – Flavour Fest LOT FIVE (5) – Armed Forces Weekend LOT SIX (6) – British Firework Championships LOT SEVEN (7) – Seafood Festival LOT EIGHT (8) – Bonfire Night LOT NINE (9) – Remembrance Sunday LOT TEN (10) – Christmas Launch event LOT ELEVEN (11) - MTV Crashes Suppliers interested in this opportunity should express their interest by clicking on the ‘login and register interest’ button below.
