Demolition work. Demolition, site preparation and clearance work. Building demolition and wrecking work and earthmoving work. Asbestos removal work. Asbestos removal services. EEM are undertaking this tender exercise to establish a Demolition services framework for our 56 members whose property stock consists of low, medium and high rise buildings. Contractors will be expected to carry out the following duties under the framework: — Pre demolition construction activity to include site preparation — Site surveys and site waste management plan — Demolish building(s) down to ground level or per members specific requirements — Site clearance post Demolition (to include contaminated materials) — Asbestos Removal Services. EEM members are predominantly within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and 1 Wales. The consortia is owned by our members which include Housing Associations, ALMO's, Local Authorities and bodies from the wider public, sector such as NHS hospitals, Universities and Police Authorities.
