This is a Contract Award Notice. The original Contract Notice read as follows: ‘Scottish Enterprise (SE) is Scotland's main economic, enterprise, innovation and investment agency. Our ultimate goal is to stimulate sustainable growth of Scotland's economy. To achieve this we help ambitious and innovative businesses grow and become more successful. We also work with public and private sector partners to develop the business environment in Scotland. We deliver a range of dedicated support services locally, nationally and internationally. 1 of the ways in which we provide this support is by way of a bespoke property information service for customer enquiries. This facility offers property search information and advice to a wide range of companies including business start ups, existing businesses with relocation or expansion requirements and mobile investors. These enquiries are normally routed through Scottish Development International (SDI), SE Offices and SE's Enquiry Fulfilment and Research Service (EFRS). SE therefore requires the provision of a searchable, comprehensive and up-to-date database of available land and commercial property representing Scotland's current “property offer”. This property information will also be used to evaluate and analyse the available property stock in relation to the specific needs and requirements of the customer. Further information can be found within the Invitation to Tender (ITT). Scottish Enterprise anticipate the contract commencing in late November/early December 2015 with a duration of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 1 year. SE estimate the total commission value over the full 4 year period to be between 90 000 GBP and 110 000 GBP excluding VAT.’.
