This is a Prior Information Notice for the Development of a 28 unit infill housing project on undeveloped lands located in the south eastern corner of the MacUilliam Estate, Fortunestown Lane, Tallaght, Dublin 24 comprising: — 15 no 2-storey 4 person 3-bedroom units; — 8 no 2-storey 5 person 3-bedroom units; — 5 no 2-storey 3-bedroom adaptable units. The works to include ancillary works to the adjacent open space, landscaping and all necessary associated ancillary works on the site and adjacent areas at south eastern corner of MacUilliam Estate. This process is a statement of potential frameworks or contracts during the next 12 months but is not a commitment to purchase. Details of individual procurements pursuant to this notice will be advertised in due course. Accordingly South Dublin County Council does not require responses to this notice.
