BS/02303 Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate Analysers This opportunity is for the provision of two analysers, including delivery, installation and commissioning. The contract will also include training, maintenance and supply of consumables. All correspondence regarding this opportunity must be made via the Due North tendering system, www.lppsourcing.org. Direct contact will not be responded to outside of the tendering system. The Trust will endeavour to respond to all queries within 72 hours, within standard working dates, although please note that this may take longer in certain circumstances. Clarification questions must be received by 17:00 on the 7th February 2016 at the latest. The Trust reserves the right to award the Contract in part or in whole or not to award at all if the solutions offered fail to demonstrate Value for Money, compatibility with the Trust's objectives, fitness for purpose or are considered unaffordable by the Trust. The Trust would like to enter into a 5 year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The NHS standard contract terms and conditions will apply to this contract. All tendered pricing must be exclusive of VAT The prices quoted shall remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 180 days from the tender return date and these shall remain firm and fixed for the duration of the agreement.
