Tender description

The purpose of this prior indication notice is to notify the market of Belfast City Council's pre-tender engagement to help shape and form the tender specification. The exercise is intended to assess the level of interest from potential Cleaning Service providers for the following venues; Belfast Waterfront and Ulster Hall. To download a questionnaire please go to www.belfastcity.gov.uk/tenders and select T1657. This will take you into the Bravo system where you can register and obtain all the relevant information. Your responses to the questionnaire will not be ‘evaluated'’ or scored, as this exercise is not part of a procurement process. Responses must be returned via the portal by 12:00 on Friday 19.2.2016 so that views expressed can help to shape the next steps to be taken by the Council. We are looking to develop the right conditions in the market for a tender process which is open, transparent and capable of securing the best possible outcome.
