Tender description

The Fund is looking for a service provider to work with the five ABS partnerships and the Fund to develop a Common Outcomes Framework, with consistent indicators that can be used to monitor change at a population level. An explicit aim of the contract is that this framework should be useful not only to the five ABS sites, but for all areas who share the Fund’s ambition for improving early child development. The Contract is for a term of 5 months. The Contract value shall not exceed £24,000 including VAT and expenses.
