Tender description

This procurement seeks to establish a contract for capacity services at gigabit capacities accessing the GÉANT Network from the Albanian NREN's point of presence in Tirana. It is being conducted under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 in the form of an Open Procedure and GEANT Limited is seeking solution proposals and pricing for layer 2 circuits from 1 Gbps up to 3 GBps in order to establish the link. Further, specific technical details and requirements are set out within Volume 2 of the ITT document set. Contracts that may be awarded from this procurement will run for a maximum term of 3 years and will allow for incremental increases in capacity over time.
