Tender description
The commission will involve the delivery of an annual schools minor works programme as well as other ad hoc projects as required over a period of THREE YEARS AND 6 MONTHS commencing Dec 2016 with an option to extend for as further 1 YEAR: • Commence: from Dec 2016 to work upon the 2017/18 programme until end April 2018. • Continue: from Dec 2017 to work upon the 2018/19 programme until end of April 2019. • Continue: from Dec 2018 to work upon the 2019/20 programme until end of April 2020. • Option to Extend: the Council reserve the right to make a decision whether to extend the consultancy services for a further period to continue work on the 2020/2021 programme until April 2021.
