SCC JCP Surrey County Council AFIL Systems Maintenance

Tender description

Surrey County Council (SCC) Property department has recently carried out a survey of its Corporate sites to establish the capability and suitability of existing Audio Frequency Induction Loop (AFIL) systems, this included recommendations for both the ideal location and the optimal AFIL equipment, identify meeting rooms or rooms for hire that would benefit from an AFIL system, and finally, identify sites in which it would be very difficult to provide a suitable AFIL system. This has allowed us to build up an accurate picture of our current equipment as an asset register and we have invested in replacing many of these systems in the last year. We are now seeking to appoint a cyclical and responsive maintenance contract for the ongoing maintenance of these systems along with any new installations.
