Tender description
Oxfordshire County Council has responsibility under section 38 of the Highways Act 1980, to enter into a legal agreement in regard to highway adoption. The Council’s requirement is for delivery of software that manages this process, in an efficient and effective manner with an acceptable level of flexibility. Support for the software over the duration of the contract that maintains the Council’s ability to meet its obligations within a context of reducing resources is also required. Service Providers are invited to quote for the provision of the software for a term of 3 years with an option for the Council to extend for up to 3 years in aggregate, with the contract anticipated to commence on 7 November 2016.
