Request for Information for Older People’s Nursing and Nursing EMI

Tender description

The Council is considering a block contract agreement for the provision of Nursing / Nursing EMI beds for Council funded clients for a period of up to 5 years. Therefore, the Council are seeking to understand whether there is an appetite from the market to enter into a contractual agreement to provide a service based upon the two scenarios set out below. Option 1 : a single location inside or near to Buckinghamshire borders providing Nursing/ Nursing EMI care for 5 - 60 residents in individual rooms with en-suite facilities. Option 2 : multiple locations inside and / or near to Buckinghamshire borders providing Nursing/ Nursing EMI care for at least 5 residents in individual rooms with en-suite facilities, up to a max 60 beds across the multiple locations. i.e. 3 sites with 20 beds each or 2 sites one with 5 beds and another with 15 beds. Ideally both options will allow provision to provide a care mix for EMI, non-EMI residents and some specialist provision, e.g. Older People with learning disabilities.
