Tender description

The Contract for the provision of Water Hygiene and Thermostatic Mixer Valves commenced on the 1.9.2016. The Contract has been awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for another 2 years based on acceptable performance. The basis of the Contract will include: — Servicing, installation and repair of Thermostatic Mixer Valves (TMVs); — Legionella monitoring; — Legionella risk assessments; — Bacterial sampling; — Unvented cylinder servicing, installation and repairs; — Booster set servicing; — General plumbing installation and repairs; — The above listed functions will primarily take place in Care and Support properties. The Contract value is estimated to be 755 204 GBP per annum based on the budget for 2016 and previous years spend. Total estimated Contract value of 3 776 020 GBP. See short description field.
