Carlisle City Council invites quotations from suitably qualified Consultants with relevant experience in this field to undertake an assessment of the current economic position of Carlisle District in order to establish those growth sectors that the District is best suited to attract in future and the land and locational requirements of such sectors. Outputs will be key to informing Carlisle’s future economic strategy and the development of a masterplan for Carlisle South. Consultants are invited to quote for this work and are asked to provide a submission indicating how they would fulfil the brief set out and the overall cost to undertake this work, including soft market testing.
