Tender description

Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council would like to invite to tender suitably experienced providers to bid for a new Wellness Service to ensure the health and wellbeing needs of Knowsley residents. The contract duration will be for an initial term of 2 years with up to 2 x 12 month options to extend and will commence on 1st April 2017. With this in mind the specification is sectioned into the following areas: Area 1. Single Point of Access –Healthy Knowsley Hub Area 2. Targeted 1-1 support -Health Trainer Service Area 3.
