Tender description

Norfolk County Council's Public Health department tendered for 12-week vouchers for adult weight management group intervention for eligible participants. Under this contract eligible participants will be given access to weight management group intervention for 12 weeks and will be required to take part in regular cardio-vascular exercise over the 12 weeks to retain their eligibility. The weight management group intervention provider will undertake an initial lifestyle assessment of referred people, including barriers to change and weight loss, and if suitable give them access to the voucher scheme. They will also be required to report on the outcomes of participants in the scheme.
